NOAH HAYNES, B.A., J.D., (LEC)
Noah holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) in Communication Studies from Carleton University (Ottawa, Ontario), a Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor (Windsor, Ontario) and a Legal Education Certificate from the Eugene Dupuch Law School (Nassau, The Bahamas).
Noah started his career in Toronto as Crown Counsel in the Civil Law Division of the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General before transitioning to private practice at a boutique litigation firm. In 2021, Noah returned to Barbados where he has practiced at the Chambers of Leslie F. Haynes, K.C.
His practice consists of a wide variety of corporate commercial and civil matters. He has appeared at all levels of court.
Noah is called to the Bars of Ontario, Barbados and Grenada.

various estates, trust and guardianship disputes

defence matters
Acted as lead counsel in personal injury and insurance matters
Assisted in preparation of various commercial agreements
Assisted in preparation of legal opinions in areas of property law
(possession, easements), tort, trusts and public law
